Databases

These databases were built by the group with collaborators in Donostia, Bilbao, Dresden and Paris. All are free to use.

2D Theoretically Twistable Material Database

Two-dimensional materials whose twisted bilayers can be described by simple continuum models, sorted by lattice, valley position and spin splitting. A starting point for moiré platforms beyond graphene.
Described in 2D Theoretically Twistable Material Database, Science 393, eadu1550 (2026).

Topological 2D Materials Database

Band topology of two-dimensional materials, computed with two-dimensional topological quantum chemistry.
Described in Two-dimensional Topological Quantum Chemistry and Catalog of Topological Materials, Science 393, 1317 (2026).

Topological Phonon Database

Topological phonon bands of three-dimensional crystals, with a list of the most promising candidates for experiment.
Described in Catalogue of topological phonon materials, Science 384, eadf8458 (2024).

Materials Flatband Database

Stoichiometric materials with flat electronic bands, with a curated list of the most promising candidates.
Described in Catalogue of Flat-Band Stoichiometric Materials, Nature 603, 824 (2022).

Topological Magnetic Materials Database

Band topology of magnetic materials with experimentally known magnetic structures, computed with magnetic topological quantum chemistry.
Described in High-throughput calculations of magnetic topological materials, Nature 586, 702 (2020).

Topological Materials Database

Band topology of the nonmagnetic stoichiometric materials in the Inorganic Crystal Structure Database.
Described in All Topological Bands of All Nonmagnetic Stoichiometric Materials, Science 376, eabg9094 (2022).
